About the internship
a. Digital Marketing Promotions:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to create, schedule, and optimize content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
2. Assist in crafting engaging and compelling content that aligns with StepOut's brand and resonates with our target audience.
3. Contribute to the development of creative strategies to increase online visibility and user engagement.
b. Physical Marketing Initiatives:
1. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clubs, academies, and players for promotional activities.
2. Support the planning and execution of physical marketing initiatives, such as workshops, events, and on-site activations.
3. Assist in outreach efforts to establish partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders in the sports industry.
4. Coordinate logistics for events and ensure a seamless execution of promotional activities.
c. Sales Support:
1. Aid the sales team in lead generation, prospect research, and building a strong sales pipeline.
2. Assist in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate StepOut's value proposition.
3. Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and client interactions to gain hands-on experience in the sales process.
