Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Support the creation and management of digital content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and more.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral, brochures, presentations, and ads.
• Help in organizing and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
• Assist in managing SEO/SEM strategies to increase web traffic.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and initiatives.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties.
• Maintain and update the company's CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

• MBA in Marketing or related field (pursuing or recently completed).
• Strong understanding of marketing concepts, trends, and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn.
