Job Description

Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads to support our sales team. This role requires strong research skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to building relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification & Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target accounts.
    • Utilize online tools, databases, and social media to gather and verify lead information.
  • Outreach & Engagement:

    • Initiate contact with prospective leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
    • Develop and deliver compelling messages tailored to the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Lead Qualification:

    • Assess and qualify leads based on criteria such as interest level, budget, and fit with the company’s offerings.
    • Conduct initial conversations to understand prospects' needs and determine their potential as customers.
  • CRM Management:

    • Input and maintain accurate lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Track and report on lead generation activities and progress.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
    • Provide detailed information and context about leads to facilitate effective follow-ups.
  • Campaign Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of lead generation campaigns and strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Market Awareness:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Share relevant information and insights with the sales and marketing teams.
  • Networking:

    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
    • Engage with online communities and forums to expand lead generation efforts.
