MGR Property Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, creating innovative marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships to support the growth of our real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and sales progress.
Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote listings and services.
Manage online and offline advertising, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures and flyers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Act as a point of contact for inquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or a related field (preferred).
0 or 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or marketing.
Strong understanding of the real estate market and customer needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
