Key Responsibilities:
· Action queues, emails and telexes as assigned
· Handle all assigned tasks accurately based on given procedures.
· To adhere to the set procedures and guidelines
· To provide high service level, eliminate backlog/errors and focus on quality
· To maintain required productivity
· To maintain the SLA and quality
· Update oneself with job knowledge and new procedures
· Maintain accurate time sheet on daily basis.
Qualifications / Experience:
· Graduate
· IATA certification
· Willingness to work in shifts
· Working knowledge of MS Office
· Good English communication skills
