Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Generate, manage, and process invoices accurately and timely.

• GST Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing returns and maintaining relevant documentation.

• Tally Entries: Record and maintain all financial transactions in Tally ERP system.

• Balance Sheet Creation: Assist in the preparation and finalization of the company’s balance sheet.

  • Accounts Ledger: Maintain and update the company’s accounts ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate.
  • Financial Documentation: Handle all financial documentation and ensure it is filed systematically for easy retrieval.

  • Reconciliation: Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.

  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audits.

  • Expanse Management: Track and manage company expenses, ensuring they are recorded accurately.

  • Assist Senior Accountants: Provide support to senior accounting staff as needed.

  • Compliances : PF , ESIC , Income Tax , MCA , Salary Should be Managed by Candidates

  Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) / BBA or related fields. Master’s degree holders are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in accounting / finance /Admin /operations or a related field.

  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Speaking English , Mail Writing

  o Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word). o Basic understanding of GST compliance and accounting principles. o Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  o Good organizational and time management abilities.

  o Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • This position is based in Belapur, Navi Mumbai , Delhi , Ranchi
