Job Title: IT Specialist (Part-Time)
Experience: 1-3 years

We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Infrastructure Management:
2)Maintain system hardware, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, VOIP, and router configurations
3)Configure and manage LAN connectivity
4)Maintain over 45 machines (desktops and laptops)
5)Configure and process FTP

Process Management:

1)Assist with ISO audits and cybersecurity measures
2)Maintain checklists and systematic dashboards
3)Configure and manage ticketing software (ERP or other MIS solutions)

Software Troubleshooting:

1)Maintain a complete inventory of software
2)Track software usage and manage installations
3)Ensure compliance for both operational and functional software

Server Management:

1)Maintain cloud servers and VPS (e.g., Hetzner)
2)Implement data backup strategies
3)Assist with website development using headless CMS
4)Allocate disk space according to departmental needs

Communication and Problem-Solving:

1)Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
2)Exercise strong decision-making abilities
3)Manage escalations effectively
4)Exhibit good emotional and intellectual intelligence

Requirements:

1)Proven experience in IT support and systems administration
2)Strong technical skills across various IT domains
3)Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Windows Server
4)Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools like

5)Pulseway and NinjaOne
6)Knowledge of firewall configuration and management (e.g., Sophos)
7)Familiarity with NAS systems (e.g., Synology)
8)Experience with VPS and storage drives (e.g., Hetzner)
9)Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
10)Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
11)Familiarity with ISO standards and cybersecurity best practices
12)100% on-site role no work from home
