Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indo-Chinese Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering authentic Indo-Chinese dishes, maintaining food quality, and adhering to health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of Indo-Chinese dishes, including but not limited to fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chili chicken, and soups.

• Ensure food preparation is in compliance with recipes and portion standards.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow during busy hours.

• Adapt recipes or develop new dishes based on customer preferences and feedback.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and food items.

• Comply with food safety regulations and kitchen safety standards.
