Job Description

Position: - HR Recruiter

Skills: -
 Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking platforms.
 Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 Understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities
 Proficiency in MS - Office
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location: - Nagpur

Qualification: - BBA / MBA in Human Resource Management

Salary: 7k to 15k

Roles and Responsibilities:
 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
 Create and post job descriptions on different platforms.
 Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements.
 Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet goals.
 Measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
 Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment.
