Role Description:-

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resource Manager. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee on boarding and off boarding, performance management, employee relations, and payroll and policy development. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations, conducting training and development programs, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

· Experience in a similar junior HR role is a plus

· Experience with MS Office

· Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

· Organizational skills

· Fluent in English, desired
