Responsibilities:-

Screening candidates: Recruiters review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and administer skills tests to identify qualified candidates.
Interviewing candidates: Recruiters meet with candidates to review their qualifications and determine if they are a good fit for the role
Creating a recruitment strategy: Recruiters develop a strategy to find the best candidates for open positions, often in consultation with a hiring manager.
Onboarding new hires: Helping new hires get oriented and acting as a consultant.
Researching hiring practices: Staying up to date on new hiring practices and implementing them.
