MAINTAIN FILES, PREPARE VOUCHERS, DAY BOOK ,CALLING TO CUSTOMERS,TALLY, CASH RECEIPTS, SCHEDULING MEETINGS, CUSTOMERS RECORDS. UPDATE EXPENDITURES.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize calendars and schedules.
Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support to visitors.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
