Hr operations recruitment in Bangalore - For a Client of Teamlease Digital

Experience level: 5+ years

Qualification: MBA or equivalent? Required or preferred

The HR operations professional would be responsible for managing HR Compliance, database, operations, and payroll for the entity. He/ She will also be responsible to manage the employee life cycle from On Boarding to Exit. Would play a vital role within the HR team and develop strategies for improving employee experience in the affiliate.

The HR Operations Professional is expected to:

• Collaborate with the HR team within the organization and streamline the HR Operations function.
• Manage HR Compliance framework and ensure end to end compliance.
• Work with COE teams and ensure top-quality and employee-oriented services while maintaining compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Closely monitor the HR budget for the affiliate.
• Provide team members with extensive support in resolving operation issues while highlighting inefficiencies and proposing sustainable solutions.
• Manage relationships with teams like Payroll, Operations, TA etc to ensure seamless on boarding and exit processes.
• HR Analytics and reporting.
• Actively work with team members to identify any areas for improvement within the daily operational processes of the HR department; actively participate in improvement initiatives that increase the productivity, efficiency, standardization, and harmonization of the function. 
• Ensure documentation is updated and maintained adequately while team members adhere to procedures that comply with established SOPs and other requirements set by internal audit, external audit, and certifications.
• Support and guide fellow HR operations team members while structuring and organizing departmental workflow for maximum effectiveness and productivity.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of all HR records Requirements
• Possess two to four years of professional working experience in human resources or human resources operations (preferably)
• Possess extensive experience working in large and diverse teams while communicating on varying levels.
• Show ability to solve challenges and result oriented
• Preferably have experience and familiarity with working with industry-standard HR systems (Workday). (preferable)
• Preferably have extensive experience in a shared service environment. (preferable)
