We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern at Global Eduwise, you will be exposed to various aspects of human resources management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will assist in the daily HR operations and support the team in various recruitment, employee engagement, and administration functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with the completion of necessary documentation.
Employee Engagement: Help organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR files. Assist with HR documentation, data entry, and reporting.
Policy and Compliance: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Training and Development: Support the coordination of employee training programs and workshops.
General HR Support: Provide support in other HR-related tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn about various HR functions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
