This role involves maintaining communication between team members and upper management, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations within the team

Motivate and mentor team members

Develop and implement team goals and objectives

Coordinate and allocate tasks among team members

Facilitate team meetings and provide regular updates to management

Identify and address any training and development needs within the team
