As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing a wide range of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure HR strategies are aligned with business goals while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
Handle job postings, document verification, and background checks.
Maintain employee attendance records, manage leave requests, and track time-off policies.
Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner.
Support payroll management and ensure timely processing of salaries.
Monitor and assess employee performance through feedback mechanisms.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies.
Organize and conduct employee engagement activities to maintain a positive workplace culture.
