Roles and Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers extended.

Job Requirements :

Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients/candidates over phone/video calls.
Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
