Job Description

WANTED FEMALE CANDIDATE ONLY, DAY SHIFT, BASIC KNOWLEDGE IN COMPUTER, HOTEL FRONT OFFICE DUTY, PAY ON TIME, AND OTHER BENEFITES, ONLY DAY SHIFT, LOCATION TRIPLICANE, FAMILY HOTEL, MARRIED CANDIDATES ARE PREFERED.

Responsibilities:
Guest interactions: Welcoming guests, registering them, and providing information about the hotel 
Administrative tasks: Managing reservations, handling payments, and keeping records 
Customer service: Responding to guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about local attractions 
Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience 
Problem-solving: Identifying problems and finding solutions 
Safety: Adhering to safety procedures and reporting unsafe situations to management 
Communication: Communicating well with guests and colleagues
