Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Handle guest inquiries and provide menu recommendations
Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions
Assist in resolving any guest complaints or concerns
Keep up-to-date with restaurant promotions and menu changes
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Positive and professional attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling payments
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
