Position : Home Loan Executive
Shift : 10 to 7 pm 6days work, 1 week off on Wednesday.
Salary : Good hike on last drawn plus Incentive.( Depend upon interview)
Description : The person should have knowledge of home loan from file login till disbursal.
We have simple coordination task between NBFC's bank & our client.
80% office work.

Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
Educate clients about our home loan products and their features
Assist clients in selecting the most suitable home loan product for their needs
Guide clients through the application process, including completing necessary paperwork and submitting required documents
Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on their loan applications
Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
