Job Description

Passenger assistance: Greeting passengers, answering questions, and helping with inquiries about lost or delayed baggage
Check-in and ticketing: Selling tickets, checking in luggage, and generating boarding passes
Flight operations: Ensuring flights are on time, boarding passengers, and managing aircraft cleanliness and refreshments
Baggage handling: Loading and unloading baggage from the aircraft, and guiding passengers to baggage collection points
Security: Ensuring the safety and security of passengers at the airport
Special needs: Assisting passengers with special needs and disabilities
Compliance: Complying with regulatory requirements
Outside the terminal, the ground staff is responsible for:
Loading and unloading bags and other luggage to and from the plane.
Helping passengers and the flight crew to get on and off the plane by providing the stairs.
Indicating to the pilots which taxi spots they should use after the plane has landed.
