Job Description

  • Maintenance of visitors books
  • Filing paperwork for various departments.
  • Making presentations to report on productivity.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Organizing travel arrangements as needed.
  • Couriering the asset if any
  • Supervises front office employees.
  • Competent working with minimal supervision, while supervising
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere for learning and development
  • Able to act and think independently
  • Enforce all Front Office Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide progressive corrective action when necessary
  • A willingness to learn new job skills and a strong focus on professional development
  • Other related duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager
