About the Opportunity:

A leading multinational company (MNC) in Mumbai is seeking skilled individuals with a strong understanding of derivatives, stock markets, and finance fundamentals for the role of Financial Market Analyst. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inter-system reconciliations and ensure precise fund allocation for transactions.
• Identify, escalate, and report risks or unresolved issues to clients promptly.
• Handle various trade support activities across the Trade Lifecycle, including:
• Trade Confirmation matching.
• Trade Pre-Settlement support.
• Front-office to back-office reconciliations.
• Collaborate with agents, counterparties, and clients to address queries and discrepancies.
• Manage stages of financial product lifecycles, including KYC, reference data management, and document capture.
• Prepare internal and client reports as per process requirements.
• Escalate outstanding issues to clients as necessary.

Compensation Details:

• Gross Salary: ₹18,323 to 22,000 per month + Night Shift Allowance

Basic Requirements:

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing tight deadlines.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Solid analytical and logical reasoning abilities.
• Basic knowledge of finance, derivatives, and investment banking.
• Willingness to work in fixed night shifts and adhere to a 1-year training agreement.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Open to all graduates and postgraduates with a sound understanding of finance, derivatives, and accounts.
• Candidates must have all semester hardcopy marksheets and passing certificates to apply.

Additional Eligibility Notes:

• Not Eligible: MBA pursuing candidates, CFA/CMA/CA/CS pursuing candidates.
• Fresh graduates from Commerce streams are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must be comfortable with Work From Office (WFO) and fixed night shifts.
