Designation: Field Recruiter

Salary: 13K-15K

This is a full-time on-site role for an Field Recruiter in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

1.      Source and Screen Delivery Boy Candidates:Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.

2.      Conduct Interviews and Assessments:Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and suitability for the delivery role. Administer assessments or tests as necessary to assess candidate capabilities.

3.      Build a Pipeline of Delivery Talent:Continuously engage with potential candidates to build a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4.      Coordinate with Delivery Team Managers:Collaborate with delivery team managers to understand their staffing requirements and priorities. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate profiles.

5.      Represent Company Values in Recruitment:Communicate the company's values, culture, and expectations to candidates during the recruitment process. Ensure that candidates have a clear understanding of what it's like to work for the company.

Requirements:

1.      Previous Recruitment Experience:Demonstrated experience in recruiting, preferably in the delivery or logistics industry.

2.      Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, team members, and managers.

3.      Ability to Assess Candidate Suitability:Proficiency in evaluating candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization.

4.      Understanding of Delivery Industry:Familiarity with the delivery industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and requirements for delivery roles.

5.      Strong Networking Abilities: Proven ability to build and maintain professional networks to source candidates and expand the talent pool.

Education:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any Stream.
