Responsibilities:-
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach Create and maintain sales-related documents, including sales contracts, quotes, mail and proposals.
Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests for information.
Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer information and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate and execute sales strategies and promotional activities.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the sales management team.
Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Strong understanding of surgical environments and the needs of healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence the client.
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic.
Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned territories of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
