HR Policies and Procedures: Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with company objectives and regulatory compliance

Employee Lifecycle Management: Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including onboarding, orientation, training, performance management, and exits

HR Systems and Processes: Managing HR systems, databases, and ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee information, benefits, attendance, and performance evaluations

Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in all HR-related activities and maintaining records for audits

Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, and addressing employee inquiries about benefits

Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR teams and management

HR Reporting and Analytics: Generating HR reports, analyzing HR data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes

Skills and Qualifications:

HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations
Administration Skills: Proficiency in HR software, databases, and systems for managing employee data and processes
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external stakeholders
Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance
