Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and coordination of interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials and conducting orientations.
Help maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Prepare and update employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with employee communications and coordinate training sessions.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
