Role:- Digital Acquisition Specialist

Requirement

Minimum HSC with 6 months of sales experience.
Graduate Fresher/exp both can apply
Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Salary:- 22 CTC to 29 CTC

Shift timing - 9:30AM to 6:30PM

6 days working 1 rotational week off.

Graduate Freshers with Excellent English Fluency can also Apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Assistance : Provide support to clients in understanding the demat account opening process, answering their queries, and guiding them through the KYC process

2. Data Entry and Record Keeping : Accurately enter client details and account opening information into the system, maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date records

3. Issue Resolution : Address customer concerns or issues related to the demat account opening process promptly and professionally

4. Reporting : Assist in generating reports and maintaining relevant data related to demat account opening for management review
