We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. As an customer service, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
- Gather and document customer information accurately.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Eligibility Criteria:- Age group between 18-32 years
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualifications:- HSC + 6 month experience
- Graduation - Fresher
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field is advantageous.
Additional Information:- 6 working with a Rotational week off.

- No night shifts
- Working days:- 6 days (Rotational week off)
- Shift time 8 am - 8 pm (Any 9 hours)

- Should be flexible for any profile and have above average communication skills
- Should not have any employment gap /graduate fresher's can be considered.
- Undergraduate with at least 6 months of experience is ok.
