·       Tracking shipment ETA,

·       Coordinate with Liners for CFS Movement to ensure timely movement of cargo for smooth handling and processing.

·       Prioritize and arranging Container Freight Station (CFS) movement based on (SSR) basis. If required

·       Monitor container movements at CITPL, DP World, Adani Kattupalli Port, Ennore Port.

·       To track sea and air shipments through Import General Manifests from ICEGATE for efficient processing and clearance.

·       Ensure accurate and timely closure of Import General Manifests to facilitate customs clearance procedures.

·       Communicate with shipping liners to request Delivery Order charges and ensure payment confirmation.

·       Efficiency in obtaining Delivery Orders from shipping liners.

·       Preparation of Checklist,

·       File Bill of Entry (BOE) in advance to expedite customs clearance processes and avoid delays.

·       Utilize the E-Sanchit platform for uploading required documents and obtaining the Invoice Reference Number (IRN) for seamless customs clearance.

·       Address and respond promptly to any queries or clarifications raised by customs authorities to facilitate smooth clearance procedures.

·       Manage amendments and upload supporting documents as necessary on the E-Sanchit platform to address any discrepancies or additional requirements.

·       Coordinate with consignees to request payments and diligently follow up to ensure timely settlement.

·       To optimize the tracking and processing of Bill of Entry and Shipping Bill at ICEGATE, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely delivery of goods.
