Job Description

Dear Candidates
We are looking for young and energetic MALE candidate having min 1 year experience in selling Baby care products. Our shop is located in Thoraipakkam.
Salary is not constraint for a right candidate

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
Train and supervise store staff
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
Prepare and analyze sales reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Retail Store Executive or similar role
Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team
Customer service-oriented mindset
Attention to detail
Basic computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
