Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice Process)

As a Customer Service Representative in our Semi-Voice Process team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through live chat and on calls.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service levels.
Provide detailed and accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.
Strive to meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Graduate/Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Requirements:

Work will be from Office with a Rotational Week Off and 6 days working.
Candidates having Semi- Voice Process experience is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and spelling.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
