Customer Support Executive (Semi-Voice Process)

As a Customer Service Representative in our Semi-Voice Process team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through live chat and on calls.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high service levels.
• Provide detailed and accurate information to customers about products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions.
• Strive to meet or exceed performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate/Additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.

Requirements:

• Work will be from Office with a Rotational Week Off and 6 days working.
• Candidates having Semi- Voice Process experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to grammar and spelling.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using chat software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards helping customers.
