· Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
· With good English and Hindi communication skills
· Handling Inbound, Emails process, Chat process
· Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
· Document customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.
· Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems.
