• Responsible to manage OnPrintShop Client Support
• Providing training, and assistance to existing client
• Handle queries of clients via live chat and email
• Working on updating documents, FAQs on - Help Portal
• Creating Videos for ''How to' and Solution for client self-learning
What we are looking for?
• Having good verbal and written communication skills
• Ready to provide support to international clients in their time zone.
• Must have the willingness to learn new things.
• IT/Computer or any relevant field would be an added advantage
