Job Description: Customer Service Representative (BPO)

Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Information Accuracy: Ensure accurate information is provided to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet customer needs and improve processes.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in required languages.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly analyze and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others.

Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual and team goals.

Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Experience: Prior customer service experience in a call center or BPO environment is preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements:

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Location: Ability to work on-site at the BPO center or remotely, depending on company policy.
