Job Responsibilities:

Requirements, Explain the product or service to potential customers and suggest the right products to the customers.
Handling customer queries and resolving the issues related to them.
He/she should have great communication and convincing skills and be able to reach targets.
Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by Understanding the customer.
Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Build Sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
Should be able to coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers
