· Preparing Demand Letters to customers

· Preparing account statement

· Collection of payments

· Raising and Sending Receipts to customers once the payment received

· Attending the and Sending emails to customers customer’s Queries

· Resolving customer legal queries by coordinating with the legal team.

· Handling Customers Calls and customer care emails

· Responsibility for reminding customers regarding the due date for payment.

· Managing the customers of different categories on a regular basis/on demand.

· Handling Pre Delivery Inspection and attending snag list of customers.

· Collecting modification work/ snag list from customers for his flat and forwarding to the concerned person.

· Handling Registration Formalities.

· Preparing flat handing over documents to the customer

· Responsibilities of handing over keys and possession letters to customers.

· Maintaining customers’ details in Excel sheet (master sheet).

· Interdepartmental coordination and Coordinating with site team with individual customer flat completion.
