Professional Degree / Certificate with exposure in MFI sector.
Job Description-
Main responsibility will be ensuring compliances of the company & its associates within the relevant laws, rules & regulations., resolutions of both the Board & AGM including Corporate Governance Practices & adherence of applicable Secretarial standards . In addition , Company Secretary (CS) may have to represent the company before RBI, MCA, the regulators, tribunals & other authorities in connection with the discharge of various functions. Knowledge of Company Act & MCA guidelines mandatory. Filing of all statutory returns of RBI & other agencies as & when required.
Salary - CTC
Rs. 5.00 lakh - Rs. 6.00 lakh Per annum. ( Higher pay may be considered for candidates with sufficient exposure in micro finance sector ).
Job Time- 9.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Monday to Saturday ( 2nd Saturday is our holiday )
