Job Description

#Job Title:  Assistant Executive


**Location: Kolkata  

**Employment Type: Full Time

**Reports To: Founder


#Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant Executive to provide comprehensive support. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative and executive tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive’s schedule and priorities. This role requires exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, as well as discretion in handling confidential information.  


#Key Responsibilities 

- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.  

- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.  

- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, presentations, and minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items. 

- Handle incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding as necessary.  

- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for executive decision-making. 

- Assist in planning and executing special projects or events.  

- Maintain and organize confidential files and documents.  

- Monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure the executive’s objectives are met efficiently.  

- Represent the executive in meetings or events when required.  


#Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role. 

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools. 

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with acute attention to detail.  

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.  

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  

- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.  

- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
