Position Title: Cold Calling Specialist

Location: Remote

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM (IST) with a one-hour break

Compensation: per qualified meeting/happened meeting

Role Overview:

Engage Lynk is seeking a motivated and dynamic Cold Calling Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, scheduling qualified meetings, and supporting the growth of our business development efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejections positively. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients using provided scripts, including technology-related scripts.
Introduce services and value propositions effectively.
Meeting Scheduling:
Schedule and confirm qualified meetings with prospective clients.
Ensure all scheduled meetings are documented and followed up on.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions.
Update sheets with call notes and outcomes.
Reporting:
Report daily activities and outcomes to the team leader.
Provide feedback on scripts and suggest improvements based on client interactions.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into qualified meetings.
Address any queries or concerns raised by potential clients during follow-ups.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cold calling and lead generation.
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
Familiarity with softwares and practices.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

Per Qualified Meeting/Happened Meeting: ₹500-1000
This commission model will remain in place until (probably 1 month) management decides to offer a full-time position, which you may choose to accept.
You will be judged based on your performance in the first month
