As we are expanding our team to include a dedicated cold caller to help us reach new clients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Cold Caller to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and set up appointments with potential clients who may benefit from our web design and development services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a persuasive personality and a drive to succeed in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our web design services.
Identify decision-makers and establish rapport with prospects.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our services and answer any questions or concerns.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to further discuss the client’s needs.
Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture relationships and close deals.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and appointments set.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with web design and development services is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively.
