Good communication skill is important for Tele-counselor where you have to interact with students to guide them for making a better educational and career guidance. As a Tele-counselor, you should be capable of conveying information clearly, effectively and empathetically to students.
Responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on inquiries and databases.
Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.
Scheduling meetings with counselors (Virtual or Personal).
Understand student requirements and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.
Converting inquiries into admissions.
