Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Provide guidance and direction to construction workers and subcontractors.

Communication:

Requirements:
Proven experience as a construction site engineer or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment.

Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Diploma or degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field (preferred).

Working Conditions:
