Responsibilities

Perform cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Maintain accurate cash drawers and account for all transactions.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service.

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and following established merchandising standards.

Resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up-to-date with product information and promotions.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security protocols and cash handling policies.

Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and supporting your fellow team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Relevant customer service experience, including cashier experience, is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Passion for providing excellent customer service

Basic math skills, including the ability to make change

Ability to handle and manipulate cash and other forms of payment with accuracy

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
