Job Description

Responsibilities

Answering calls: Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats
Providing information: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
Handling complaints: Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management
Processing orders: Take orders, process returns, and process payments
Following up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
Making outbound calls: Call customers to offer promotions, renew contracts, or schedule appointments
Documenting interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Meeting targets: Meet sales targets and call handling quotas

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
