Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads and prospects using various tools and databases.
Outreach: Initiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and social media to introduce Clappia's products and services.
Qualification: Qualify leads by assessing their needs, challenges, and budget constraints to determine their suitability as potential customers.
Appointment Setting: Schedule product demonstrations and appointments for the Sales Team with qualified leads.
CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to align on target accounts and messaging strategies.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates are also eligible.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus but not required.
