Responsibilities
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential markets for the consultancy's services in international education and immigration.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions abroad. Identify and engage with potential students and clients, guiding them through the application and admission processes.
Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet the company’s growth objectives. This includes setting targets, monitoring performance, and adjusting strategies as needed.
Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships with educational institutions, agents, and other stakeholders in the international education industry to expand the consultancy's network and offerings.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive the consultancy's sales efforts by developing and managing a pipeline of prospects, converting leads into clients, and achieving revenue targets.
Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new clients. Participate in events, seminars, and webinars to promote the consultancy's services.
Client Counseling & Support: Provide expert advice and support to students and families regarding study abroad options, visa processes, scholarship opportunities, and other related services. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through personalized service.
Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present business proposals to prospective partners and clients. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on business development activities, client feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet the consultancy's goals. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, international education standards, and other relevant areas.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve processes, services, and client experiences. Stay informed about technological advancements and industry developments that could enhance the consultancy’s offerings.
This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international education landscape and a passion for helping students achieve their study abroad dreams.
