Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager in the education industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for Videshwin Overseas Education. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as educational institutions, students, parents, and educational consultants. Your goal will be to promote Videshwin Overseas Education's services and expand its market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: - Identify and research potential markets, target segments, and geographic locations to expand Videshwin Overseas Education's reach. - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by proactively engaging with educational institutions, consultants, and other relevant stakeholders. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective networking, relationship building, and prospecting activities. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
2. Relationship Management: - Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the education industry, including educational institutions, agents, counselors, and students. - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet the specific needs of clients and partners. - Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and industry professionals. - Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. Marketing and Promotion: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns. - Provide inputs on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to guide marketing efforts. - Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to promote Videshwin Overseas Education's services. - Represent the company at industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility.
4. Reporting and Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. - Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement or optimization. - Provide feedback and recommendations to the management team based on market insights and customer feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, education, etc.). A master's degree is a plus.
