Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and researching potential clients within the target market.
• Support the development and execution of sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to the needs of potential clients.
• Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Luxgenic Infotech LLP's services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.
• Assist in analyzing sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.
• Provide support to the marketing team in creating promotional materials, social media campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in IT services.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and a desire to succeed in sales and business development.
