Job Title: Business Development Intern
As a Business Development Intern at Leadrat Pvt Ltd, you will be a vital part of our inside sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls, engaging potential clients, converting leads, and managing product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients within the real estate industry to introduce and sell Leadrat's CRM solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on their potential to benefit from our CRM system. Assess and prioritize prospects to ensure effective targeting.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to build relationships, present our CRM solution, and drive sales.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the CRM system’s features and benefits, addressing any client questions and concerns.
- Revenue Generation: Focus on converting leads into paying customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals. Drive initiatives to generate revenue and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads to nurture relationships, provide additional information, and move prospects through the sales process.
- CRM Management: Track and manage lead information, sales activities, and progress in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and sales outcomes. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
